Ticket Refund Policy:
1. 24-Hour Refund Window: If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours of the original transaction, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including all fees.
2. Refund Requests: Refunds will only be processed if a valid request is submitted within 7 days of the event cancellation or significant changes (e.g. date and/or venue changes).
3. No Refunds on Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for tickets due to a change of mind or personal circumstances.
4. Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund, including all fees, within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
5. Postponed or Rescheduled Events: If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement.
6. Special Circumstances: In the case of hospitalisation or death of the ticket holder or their immediate family member, a full refund will be provided upon submission of valid proof, and no cancellation fees will apply.
7. Third-Party Sales: Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or unauthorised platforms are not eligible for refunds.
8. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
